Shae Gregg is a multidisciplinary artist based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Her paintings and illustrations create brooding figurative vignettes that explore themes of identity, memory, and cultural disconnection, with recent works reflecting her Māori heritage. While her earlier works delved into the complexities of the subconscious and alienation, Shae is now reconnecting with her own family’s history, particularly the lost ties to her grandmother's Māori roots.
